Our History


Allegra (authorized in Egypt as Telfast®), is a pioneering second generation antihistamine.1 Since 19962, our non-drowsy formula has enabled allergy sufferers to lead alert, fulfilling lives.1 Children's Telfast® for kids delivers effective, non‐sedating, 12‐hr relief in white uniform aqueous suspension with a raspberry cream flavor.1

Our history

Once approved by the FDA in 1996, fexofenadine is brought to market as a prescription treatment of allergies as Allegra2

2017 - Telfast® gets OTC approval

In 2017, Egyptian drug Authority approves Telfast® for over-the-counter sales in Egypt.

Ingredients

Allergies can sometimes hold you back4, but relief is at hand with Fexofenadine, a selective peripheral H1 blocker. Fexofenadine is a second generation non-sedating antihistamine which does not cross the blood-brain barrier.1
